The Commission Agent on behalf of Global Image Australia hereby sells to the Retailer the goods specified I the Schedule ( the Products listed on the website) on the following terms and conditions.
- In the event that Global Image Australia has not agreed to the grant the Retailer then the costs of the products will be payable by the Wholesaler at the time of ordering.
- In the event that Global Image Australia has granted a credit account to the Retailer then the costs of the products will be:
2.1 Payment will be made within 30 days of delivery.
2.2 The Retailer must purchase Products to a minimum value of $250.00 otherwise a $10.00 handling charge shell be paid by the Retailer. - Ownership of the Products shall remain with Global Image Australia until payment in full is received by Global Image Australia.
- If within 90 days of payment in full by the Retailer to Global Image Australia, the Retailer, at his option, gives notice in writing to Global Image Australia that he desires to return any unsold Products then:
4.1 the Retailer may return the unsold Products in original and undamaged condition to Global Image Australia.
4.2 Global Image Australia will within 30 days refund to the Retailer payment made by the Retailer for the unsold Products returned to Global Image Australia in original and undamaged condition. - Ownership of the Display stand remains with Global Image Australia.
- The display Stand provided is for Global Image Australia Stock only.
